Description of changes:
follow-up to #1492. This class reads in Python source files and feeds the code to ASTTransformer.

unit tests will come later (see #1478)

Testing done:
manual testing:

Description of changes:
follow-up to #1492. This class reads in Python source files and feeds the code to ASTTransformer.

unit tests will come later (see #1478)

Testing done:
manual testing:
