Description of changes:
Now that the old serializers have been removed, there's no need to have tensorflow installed just to be able to use this SDK for TensorFlow inference.

Description of changes:

Now that the old serializers have been removed, there's no need to have tensorflow installed just to be able to use this SDK for TensorFlow inference.

Description of changes:

Now that the old serializers have been removed, there's no need to have tensorflow installed just to be able to use this SDK for TensorFlow inference.
