Description of changes:
Close files in the tests. There was one in lineage that's user facing.

Testing done:
Need to run the ci. Tested the unit tests where I could.

Description of changes:
Close files in the tests. There was one in lineage that's user facing.

Testing done:
Need to run the ci. Tested the unit tests where I could.

Description of changes:
Close files in the tests. There was one in lineage that's user facing.

Testing done:
Need to run the ci. Tested the unit tests where I could.
