What & why

Changed "hosting the Tiered Cache servers in Brazil (sa-brazil)" to "hosting the Tiered Cache servers in other locations" for better localization in our EN pages.

Changed "hosting the Tiered Cache servers in Brazil (sa-brazil)" to "hosting the Tiered Cache servers in other locations" for better localization in our EN pages.
