The agent-context scaffold's TODOs are now filled: what the collection contains, shellcheck as the lint gate (with .shellcheckrc context), the markdown-oneline gate, --dry-run smoke tests, an explicit no-test-suite statement, and which scripts the bamr87/bamr87 hub reuses. The branch note states the observable fact: .gitmodules declares main while the GitHub default is still master (rename pending).
