JSON works nice in the frontend eco-system. It is there and it is not going anywhere. It would however be interesting to support other formats that allow streaming larger files.
Streaming could be achieved with sendscript by providing a sendscript program as a value when doing a multipart request. The streamed content would be provided as input to a function; or it can be defined on the env for more flexible use in the provided sendscript program.
