Remove script description

This is to be implemented only when the editor is up to date with v1.1.2 and both repositories are in sync.

The script description box has been removed (technically hidden), so we should remove all the 'dead code' dealing with the content of that div.

@microbit-sam do you know if removing this will cause any repercussion to imported scripts from .co.uk? Do those script come with a description field?

And the description field is set when importing, but this would also be cleaned up in this issue

So we can safely remove it from the editor.
