implement setting an appointment image

Bilder werden ausschließlich über den Endpunkt /files/{domainType}/{domainIdentifier} hochgeladen, wobei der domainType "appointment_image"
und der domainIdentifier die id des Termins oder der Terminserie ist.

Die Doku wurde von unseren Entwicklern entsprechend ergänzt.

Beim Hochladen werden dann Termin(serie) und Bild verknüpft.
Entsprechend ist es nicht möglich, dasselbe Bild mit mehreren Terminen (außer über eine Terminserie) zu verknüpfen.

Intern wird aber darauf geachtet, dass dasselbe Bild nicht physikalisch mehrfach abgespeichert wird..
Auf aller unterster Ebene werden die Bilder also doch geteilt, aber das erledigt ChurchTools automatisch.

unknown how to set image_options - if image is uploaded w/o options calendar crashes on any request until image is deleted again...

Asked CT support on details how to provide image_options because sample in REST documentation is not functional either.

CT published interim fix with 20.12.2024 in case 136046

Images can be uploaded, however changing from a None ImageOptions online does not have any effect on image options used. Might be another bug.

CT bug only partially resolved. Ticket 136046 - image options not applied by default, neither when using PUT with "
/images/{id}/options "
Changes with Endpoint result in "null' value in image_option (which is also not called image_options ... and can not be changed from web ui afterwards - needs reupload of image if invalid value was set ...
