Removed the t3 launcher for now. It will be spun into its own PR later.

This keeps the parent PR focused on adding and publishing the Linux .deb and .rpm packages. The launcher rendering, staging, /usr/bin/t3 package mapping, and launcher-specific tests have been removed.

Validation:

  • 34 targeted tests passed
  • Successfully built the x64 AppImage, DEB, and RPM together
  • Extracted and smoke-tested each packaged Electron executable
  • Verified /usr/bin/t3 is absent from both the DEB and RPM payloads

ARM64 was not smoke-tested locally.
