My name is Chu'nan Liu (刘楚南). I am a PhD student in bioinformatics at the University College London. I develop computational tools and build datasets to study antibody-antigen interactions. I am also interested in the application of deep learning in structural bioinformatics.

Hi there 👋

My name is Chu'nan Liu (刘楚南). I am a PhD student in bioinformatics at the University College London. I develop computational tools and build datasets to study antibody-antigen interactions. I am also interested in the application of deep learning in structural bioinformatics.
