[Bug] Couldn't install on Windows 11 -- unspecified failure to install on Claude install step.

On installation walk-through Claude was detected. I selected it and during the Claude install step but says "CLI detected, ACP Adapter Missing". I click the Claude install. It flashes a few instant terminals and then declares it a failure and I cannot click "Next" so there is nothing to do but quit.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double click the installer on a Windows 11 machine with Claude installed.'
2. Enter your key identity
3. Click on the Claude Install'
   Expected behavior:
   A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

🤖 Thanks for the report. Two things were happening: the adapter install was failing because the PATH Buzz handed the install shell on Windows dropped system Node/npm (fixed in #2563, cca16635d), and the Next button stayed disabled because it's gated on at least one runtime reaching ready state — so it unblocks on its own once the install succeeds. Fixes ship in v0.4.25. Closing as resolved; if you're still stuck on the runtime step on v0.4.25 or later, please reopen.
