Describe the bug
Desktop alerts still remain disabled with the warning "Desktop notifications are blocked. Enable them in your system settings." even if notifications in windows are enabled. Buzz app is not listed In Windows Setup app list
System->Notifications so no individual app settings can be performed.
Version and platform*
Find your version at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Write "unknown" if you can't determine it.
