fix(desktop): community create handoff, NIP-27 mentions, workflows list

Summary

• After creating a hosted community, synthesize the relay URL when needed, refresh owned communities, and keep Builderlab auth on back so creators aren’t dropped on Join ([Bug] After creating a community, app lands on "Join a community" and I can't get in #2367)
• Rewrite @name mentions to NIP-27 nostr:npub1… on send/edit; map known URIs back for display ([Bug] Mentions should use NIP-27 #2319)
• Batch workflow queries as one single-value #h filter per channel so Desktop lists workflows on relays that collapse multi-value #h ([BUG]Workflow is created and runs, but is missing from the Workflows list on a self-hosted relay #2373)

Test plan

• Create a hosted community and confirm you enter it (or see owned communities) instead of Join
• Send @someone and confirm the published event content includes nostr:npub1…
• Create a workflow, open Workflows with multiple member channels, confirm it appears
