… dedupe comment-content assembly Address code-review findings on the file-upload feature: pr/issue create with both --screenshot and --file now attaches both in a single request instead of two, and the repeated message+screenshots+files-then-strip block across all four backends is now one shared helper (build_comment_content/_html in pr_markdown.py).
