New tenable plugins now add a cvss3_vector tag that python-libnessus currently ignores.
Moreover, querying item.solution on a NessusReportItem sometimes throws a KeyError (some 'Info' severity plugins will not include a solution).

This PR addresses both issues.

Thanks @madt1m for this MR, I merge it, but since travis CI.org is not working we have no test :D and no publishing, can you test a bit on your side and confirm all ok, i will see how I can release a new version on pipy

New tenable plugins now add a cvss3_vector tag that python-libnessus currently ignores.

Moreover, querying item.solution on a NessusReportItem sometimes throws a KeyError (some 'Info' severity plugins will not include a solution).
This PR addresses both issues.

Thanks @madt1m for this MR, I merge it, but since travis CI.org is not working we have no test :D and no publishing, can you test a bit on your side and confirm all ok, i will see how I can release a new version on pipy
