Issue for this PR
Closes#59
Type of change
What does this PR do?
Replaces the old roadmap (a mix of AI features, infra, desktop, and platform chores across nine categories) with a fun, AI-feature-first one. The agent's capabilities are now the whole story, grouped by personality instead of subsystem:
The Next section keeps the collapsible groups but re-themes them: Agents that remember, Agents that check their work, Agents that never sleep, Agents with guardrails, and Party tricks. Later keeps the AI moonshots (long-horizon projects, repo-specific models, agent federation, AI release manager), and the Done section from #58 is preserved unchanged. A short note under Now keeps the session sync engine and V2 session core visible as the plumbing that everything else builds on. Dropped entirely: desktop app, remote/server, MCP, web UI, and observability chores, which read like a backlog rather than a roadmap.
