Extend the bounty data structure to include a claimingModel field (e.g., "single-claim", "application", "competition", "multi-winner"). Update all relevant mock data, types, and API logic to support this field throughout the app.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add claimingModel to bounty type/interface.
• Update mock data and API calls to include this field.
• Ensure all bounty-related components can access the model.
