Summary

  • standardize observed tool executions on metadata.tool_approval = "approved" and remove legacy tool_outcome metadata
  • correlate OpenCode permission requests with replies to emit one denied tool span without a synthetic execution error
  • preserve native Claude, Pi, and Antigravity tool failure text in the regular top-level error field
  • centralize tool-approval metadata and concise native-error extraction while retaining source-specific lifecycle correlation
  • cover denied tools and failed executions across agent translators

Validation

  • cargo fmt --manifest-path bt-daemon/Cargo.toml --check
  • cargo test --locked --manifest-path bt-daemon/Cargo.toml --all-features
  • git diff --check

Summary
  • standardize observed tool executions on metadata.tool_approval = "approved" and remove legacy tool_outcome metadata
  • correlate OpenCode permission requests with replies to emit one denied tool span without a synthetic execution error
  • preserve native Claude, Pi, and Antigravity tool failure text in the regular top-level error field
  • centralize tool-approval metadata and concise native-error extraction while retaining source-specific lifecycle correlation
  • cover denied tools and failed executions across agent translators
