Add VCR-backed coverage for Anthropic server-side web search responses and emit child TOOL spans for server_tool_use / *_tool_result content blocks.

Keep the full provider payload on the parent LLM span, but redact bulky encrypted_content fields from child TOOL span output to avoid duplicating large payloads in traces.

Add VCR-backed coverage for Anthropic server-side web search responses and emit child TOOL spans for server_tool_use / *_tool_result content blocks.
Keep the full provider payload on the parent LLM span, but redact bulky encrypted_content fields from child TOOL span output to avoid duplicating large payloads in traces.
