An engine's assumptions about its corpora are outside replay identity

A snapshot pins what a corpus said on its AsOf date, not the dates it is trusted to cover. Part107Probe trusts a 2026-01-01 snapshot back to 2021-04-21. Two engines assuming different start dates have equal identities and give different answers. The only place such an assumption can live is RulesetVersion, and only an engine that bumps it honours it.
