Closes #66.

All four real consumers moved from RulesKernel 0.2.0 to the published 0.3.0, and each engine's own CI passed on its pinned SDK:

This PR pins tools/calibration/consumers.json to those merged commits and reruns both calibrations for docs/calibration/0.4.0.md:

  • Kernel mode: faa-part-107 (156 tests), hoyle-backgammon (560) and srd-52-combat (250) all pass.
  • Analyzer mode: unchanged. The three factory engines have 0 findings (with controls seen), and SRD_Combat has 17.

A dry run of release-checks.py with the suffix cleared passes.

All four consumers moved from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0 (faa-part-107#42,
hoyle-backgammon#19, srd-52-combat#69, SRD_Combat#764). Pin the calibration
manifest to those commits.
