Staggered options doesnt work

I built the board and it works fine with the apple II serial connector but I have tried making two of the staggered cables per your image and instructions and neither works. Is there a chance the silkscreen is wrong for sequential/staggered? Have you tried the staggered connection to work?

Since this issue has not been addressed in over a month. I just want to give some warning to anyone building this Apple Serial card to only use the "Apple" Pin headers and not use staggered or sequential as they are not proven to be working.
