Calkit devcontainer

Note: This has been moved to calkit/resources/devcontainer.

A dev container spec for working on Calkit projects. To use this in your project, or to update to the latest version, run:

calkit update devcontainer

Testing locally

Run make and then in VS Code, run the "Dev Containers: Rebuild and Reopen in Container" command.
