Opening stack frame through `/open-stack-frame` endpoint is broken

Describe the bug

When an error happens and LogBox with stack is displayed, upon clicking one of the frames nothing happens - it should open code editor with a file from the stack frame.

This boils down to converting urls with webpack:// into actual file-paths

1. Create a scenario where error happens (throw an Error in App.tsx)
2. Run the app and wait for LogBox with the error to appear
3. Click on first frame in the LogBox
