Test against PouchDB and PouchDB Server

This is just an example of how you could set up SQLdown to test against PouchDB and PouchDB server, following instructions from here. The test-pouchdb-all.sh script just contains whatever client/server combinations I could think of off the top of my head.

BTW the tests currently fail with:

 1) test.replication.js-local-http Test _conflicts key:

OK, I figured out a way to do this without the dumb npm link stuff, which was broken anyway.

just added travis to this repo can you ping it to get it to run ?

it's not gonna work until apache/pouchdb#2415 is merged b/c pouchdb-server needs to be linked to it.

busy atm, but you should be able to to use pouchdb 3.0.1 now instead of the branch.
