I created a requirements.txt file a long time ago, so that I could install the packages used in the Notebooks without Anaconda.
The dependencies do not include version selectors, which may cause issues when we don't expect them. Perhaps we should run a notebook that uses the dependencies before we create a release so that we're sure that we don't create problems ourselves.
Also, we assume learners install Anaconda, which includes the packages we use. But if learners used another way to install Python, and downloaded the released zip file with the notebooks, they may not have the packages installed. Maybe we should include the requirements.txt and a short README with the zip file.
