feat: improve seeds

Description

• Feed:
  Organizations: added logos using GitHub like generation.
  Activities: added a human written like title and description generator, dependent on the activity and organization, in Portuguese.
  Announcements: added a human written like title and text generator, dependent on the organization, in Portuguese.

Added an Icon module to generate .svg of avatars based on the organization given, using a similar algorithm to GitHubs Identicons.

• misc:
  Added placeholder information to orgs PoliticUM and Núcleo de Estudante de Contabilidade da Universidade do Minho in organizations.json, since both were missing long name and description.
