Introduces a new GitHub Actions backend workflow that runs Ruff and pytest on Python-related changes, including a Redis service and required env vars. Adds a LangGraph-based analysis pipeline with typed shared state, case fetching, judge intelligence, and orchestration across agent nodes with serialized output shaping. Also adds a one-time script to create required MongoDB indexes for users, results, usage, and alerts collections.
