Chartjs only allows cutoutPercentage to be defined in options property and all layers are changed by this value. I wanted to have a nested doughnut that has layers with different thickness. I think Chartjs should enable cutoutPercentage to be defined for each dataset. In this way, we can have nested doughnut layers with different thickness
