Tooltip Issue

Hi

I am facing the issue with the tooltip, It is not fully rendering when length of labels is large. Is that issue is not fixed yet ? I am using chart JS version 2.9.5

Can you also tell us which browser you are using, because it might be an issue with brave as pointed out in #8280 and #6411

I am sorry, I was talking about the 2.9.4 Version.

I have attached the codepen link. I think it is due to the last point position which is making tooltip to not render fully.

But I have also Add other images where I am using this chart where tooltip is not fully visible.

I don't know why that last point is placed in so awkward position.

I guess your best bet to solve this is using the external tooltips

But I am not sure that last point on the chart which is not rendering fully is related to tooltip issue. I have also attached the image as well.

If ticks on x axis are enabled everything renders fine. It seems like the chart tries to take as much space in the horizontal axes as it can and since it isnt limited somehow by the ticks anymore it will go till the end which cuts of a part of the tooltip and point element.

As of now for this, I have find solution by setting right padding through the layout properties of chart.

Hello, another test case with v3 beta 8 and the starting sample:

With legend and x-axis set to false there are not enough space to draw the circle point and the tooltip.
This is a real bug but your workaround ishant4398 with layout padding right work fine !
