Feature: Add secp256k1 Support

Overview

This pull request introduces explicit and cryptographically sound support for verifying signatures generated on the secp256k1 elliptic curve, routing them through the btcec library.

Dependencies

This change relies on and utilizes the following packages:

  • github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec
  • github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec/ecdsa

Testing Notes

  • Add Integration Tests
