Adds a Public RPC Endpoints section to the node management CLI page listing the available public Tendermint RPC endpoints for cheqd-mainnet-1, alongside a link to the independent RPC latency benchmark.
Developers and node operators connecting to cheqd-mainnet-1 benefit from knowing which public endpoint offers the best latency and availability for their region. The cheqd RPC Benchmark on OpenChainBench continuously measures these metrics across the official endpoint, PublicNode, and NodeStake from US East, EU West, and AP Southeast.
