📘 Overview (English)

LineByLinePaster is a minimalist macOS utility that lets you paste multi-line text one line at a time using a global hotkey you define.

Ideal for:

  • Subtitle creation
  • Spreadsheet input
  • Line-by-line command execution
  • Other workflows requiring incremental pasting

  • macOS 12.0 or later
  • Intel & Apple Silicon supported

📦 Installation

  1. Download the latest version
  2. Move the application into Applications
  3. Launch and set your hotkey

📘 How to Use

  1. The app icon appears in the macOS status bar
  2. Click it → “Set Hotkey…”
  3. Copy a multi-line text block
  4. Place your cursor where you want to paste
  5. Press your hotkey (1 press = 1 line)
  6. After finishing all lines, copy new text to continue

🛠 Troubleshooting

If you encounter:

  • Hotkey not working
  • Paste not triggered
  • Unexpected behavior

  4. Place your cursor where you want to paste
  5. Press your hotkey (1 press = 1 line)
  6. After finishing all lines, copy new text to continue

If you encounter:
  • Hotkey not working
  • Paste not triggered
  • Unexpected behavior
