Master Frame Protocol

A doctrine and architecture layer for building long-term AI systems with memory discipline, product clarity, and operational control.

Builder Philosophy

I believe the next generation of AI products will not be judged only by how powerful their agents are.

They will be judged by whether those agents can:

  • understand intent
  • respect boundaries
  • explain decisions
  • avoid unsafe execution
  • coordinate with other systems
  • leave an auditable trail
  • scale without losing control

My focus is to build the infrastructure around that future.

Operating Principles

  • Guardians before autonomy — agents should not execute blind.
  • Truth over hype — live capabilities and roadmap ideas must stay clearly separated.
  • Execution beats theory — every system should move toward a working artifact.
  • Safety is architecture — security should be built into the workflow, not patched on later.
  • One source of truth — roadmaps, claims, and product state must stay aligned.
  • Founder speed with system discipline — move fast, but do not corrupt the core.
