The bare command fell back to "the approach currently on the table" — singular and latest. It now sweeps the whole set of solutions the session proposed: inventory every decision (including ones made in passing), rule per item with the holds stated as plainly as the fails, then the section only this form produces — what was never examined at all. Breadth, not leniency: same evidence standard and same ledger as the targeted form. A sweep that prints only problems is a bug list, not a coverage report.
