Description

Fix issue in isWeb3Strategy check to account for web3_ prefix in provider name. This was causing a runtime error to be thrown when enabling metamask.

Description
Fix issue in isWeb3Strategy check to account for web3_ prefix in provider name. This was causing a runtime error to be thrown when enabling metamask.
