Description

Turnstile RHC found its way back into the clerk.no-rhc.mjs build. This works to remove it.

Fixes ECO-350

Checklist

Description
Turnstile RHC found its way back into the clerk.no-rhc.mjs build. This works to remove it.
Fixes ECO-350

Description
Turnstile RHC found its way back into the clerk.no-rhc.mjs build. This works to remove it.
