Description

Logs client-side usage of the app router vs. the pages router. Also adjusts TelemetryCollector to throttle events only after they have been sampled. Previously, we were more aggressive in discarding events since the throttler delayed sampling for 24 hours. Now, we wait for an event to be sampled before delaying the next sampling by 24 hours.

Checklist

  • pnpm test runs as expected.
  • pnpm build runs as expected.
  • (If applicable) JSDoc comments have been added or updated for any package exports
  • (If applicable) Documentation has been updated

Description
Logs client-side usage of the app router vs. the pages router. Also adjusts TelemetryCollector to throttle events only after they have been sampled. Previously, we were more aggressive in discarding events since the throttler delayed sampling for 24 hours. Now, we wait for an event to be sampled before delaying the next sampling by 24 hours.
