Description

This PR adds support for displaying phase two (limit) seat based billing totals in Checkout. To support this, LineItems.Title description was updated to handle multiple lines of description elements, allowing us to render the seat limits.

Description
This PR adds support for displaying phase two (limit) seat based billing totals in Checkout. To support this, LineItems.Title description was updated to handle multiple lines of description elements, allowing us to render the seat limits.
