Description

This PR updates the subscription items list in OrganizationProfile to render seat limits when present on a subscription item. It also updates the design to render a background on upcoming subscription items to visually distinguish them from current subscription items.

Description
This PR updates the subscription items list in OrganizationProfile to render seat limits when present on a subscription item. It also updates the design to render a background on upcoming subscription items to visually distinguish them from current subscription items.
