Closing in favor of #14210, which bumps the aw-actions group to v0.87.1 (the latest release) and recompiles the generated workflows so the pinned refs, actions-lock.json, and setup-cli version inputs stay coherent. Bumping only the |

Regenerate the agentic workflow lock files with gh-aw v0.87.1 so the pinned action refs, actions-lock.json, and setup-cli version inputs stay coherent. Replaces the Dependabot bump to v0.87.0 in cli#14192. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
