Perhaps it would be valuable to post a notice that changing to the v2 AWS SDK has removed support for signature version 2, or at least doesn't support it in the same way. |

This PR is a response to issue #55 and intends to open a discussion.
This PR removes the configuration fields
SignatureVersionsandUseV2SigningMethods. The AWS SDK v2 only supports using signing version 4, these fields were effectively ignored by the sdk.
