Standardize Path Names and External URLs

Several API endpoints have inconsistent internal path names, e.g. edit_application vs editreview. Additionally I'd like to move to a more standard REST API scheme for external URLs, e.g. /companies/<pk>/edit instead of /editcompany/<pk>.
