Feature: Cross-Product Integration — Cora + Uteke Bundle

Problem

Cora and Uteke are separate tools with no integration. The most compelling value prop — "code review that remembers and learns" — requires both to work together.

Key constraint: Cora does NOT depend on Uteke. Integration is feature-gated and graceful.

Integration Design

3 Levels of integration (from #232):

Implementation: src/engine/memory.rs via subprocess calls to uteke CLI. No Rust library dep.

Uteke v0.0.13 Released — Ready for Integration

Uteke Foundation is now stable enough for Cora integration:

What's Ready

• FTS5 Hybrid Search + RRF — vector + full-text search merged via Reciprocal Rank Fusion, gives better recall accuracy for both semantic and keyword queries
• Metadata Enrichment — --entity, --category, --meta key:value,... on every memory. Cora can store review findings with structured metadata (e.g. --entity cora --category finding --meta "severity:critical,file:src/main.rs")
• Concurrent Reads — RwLock<VectorIndex> handles multiple parallel recall requests without blocking
• Server Mode — uteke-serve with ~42ms warm recall. Cora can call via HTTP API instead of subprocess for lower latency
• Stable Schema v2 — auto-migration, zero data loss
• HTTP API — /remember, /recall, /search endpoints with CORS enabled
• GitHub Secrets — no more Infisical dependency, clean CI integration
