chore: add .htaccess in project root

Description
Currently, if the baseURL contains a subfolder, it is difficult to deploy, e.g., on shared servers that you can't edit httpd.conf.

E.g.

└── htdocs
└── ci436 (project folder)
└── public

Before:

After:

Checklist:

• Securely signed commits
• [] Component(s) with PHPDoc blocks, only if necessary or adds value
• [] Unit testing, with >80% coverage
• User guide updated
• [] Conforms to style guide

The content of the "public" directory is copied to "ci436"
