The goal of this change is support for conditional allow where the request body is limited in size.

The primary use cases is reducing the effectiveness of code exfiltration attacks through covert channels.

- Create shared response format table used by both JS and Line Processor docs
- Add comprehensive request body limiting page in Advanced section
- Add mdbook.sh script for conditional preprocessor installation
- Simplify CI workflow to use mdbook.sh
