Summary

Adds a Taskmarket action provider for the Python AgentKit SDK, letting agents create, inspect, and review bounties on Taskmarket (Base Mainnet) from within any AgentKit-powered workflow.

Changes

  • New TaskmarketActionProvider with three actions:
    • create_taskmarket_task — creates a bounty with description, reward, duration, deliverables, max spend, and tags
    • get_taskmarket_task — fetches live task status, expiry, submission count, and pending actions
    • list_taskmarket_submissions — lists submissions for human review (never silently accepts/rejects)
  • Pydantic schemas with input validation
  • Subprocess-based integration using the first-party taskmarket CLI
  • Unit tests for success and CLI-failure paths

Motivation

Taskmarket is an onchain task marketplace on Base. This integration lets Coinbase AgentKit users deploy agents that can post bounties and review work without leaving the AgentKit ecosystem.

Testing

  • pytest tests/action_providers/taskmarket/ — 9 passed
  • Validated schemas reject invalid reward/duration values
  • CLI failures surface structured error messages instead of crashing

Checklist

  • Code follows project style (ruff, black)
  • Tests added for changes
  • Documentation updated
  • PR targets the correct base branch

Notes

The provider shells out to the taskmarket CLI, which must be installed (npm install -g @lucid-agents/taskmarket) and initialized (taskmarket init) in the agent's environment.

- Add TaskmarketActionProvider with create_taskmarket_task, get_taskmarket_task, and list_taskmarket_submissions actions
- Schemas with validation for reward, duration, and task parameters
- Unit tests covering success and failure paths
- Subprocess-based CLI integration (first-party tooling)
Closes: Taskmarket integration PR
