Description

This PR replaces all dynamic imports with static ones for improved type safety and build optimization.
It should fix the failing unit tests in #309

Tests

Tested most of the affected actions (zora, clanker, baseAccount, superfluid) with langchain-cdp-chatbot

Checklist

Description
This PR replaces all dynamic imports with static ones for improved type safety and build optimization.

It should fix the failing unit tests in #309
Tests
Tested most of the affected actions (zora, clanker, baseAccount, superfluid) with langchain-cdp-chatbot
Checklist
