[Bug] Not able to send messages or use security tab features after refreshing or closing tab?

Describe the bug
Unable to decrypt/send messages when the web client is refreshed/closed, and unable to use security tab features after refreshing/closing tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to app.commet.chat
2. Login
3. Go to settings > security > message backup
4. Click Restore, > enter recovery key.
5. Messages will be decrypted and client will function as normal
6. Refresh or close and re-open tab
7. Go back to a previously opened dm/space
8. Messages decrypted on previous session will still be decrypted but you wont have permissions to send a new message(Messages sometimes wont decrypt after the refresh, but the no permissions is more common). You also wont be able to use your recovery key, cross signing, or verify other sessions.

Expected behavior
Messages to be decrypted, have permissions to send messages, and use the security tab features.

Clicking on either the Message Backup or Cross signing button show this(nothing ever loads):

Additional context
This bug happens on all browsers I've tested(Firefox, Brave, Mullvad, Waterfox, Helium, and Chromium).
