This pipeline is an in-house pipeline for demultiplexing Oxford Nanopore sequencing reads that have been multiplexed using Illumina-style dual indexes.

A catalogue of 149,326 prokaryotic chemoreceptor genes from metagenomic and genomic data (GMGCv1 - http://gmgc.embl.de), with MCPsignal and LBD annotations. Includes ecological metadata from 13,174 metagenomes across 14 environments.

GlobalCR catalog offers a comprehensive resource of CR genes in both cultured and uncultured microorganisms. It includes taxonomic classification for each CR, predicted habitat distribution, and fine-grained subfamily classifications.
